I have ordered about 6 times from Element Vape and always received my orders in a timely manner. This last time, though, I was surprised and pleased with a solution to a problem with my order. I received the wrong item. I really had my heart set on the original and was disappointed. However, I contacted them and wrote an e-mail (I was polite and acknowledged their good past service) to explain what happened. Within about 2 hours max they contacted me with a very satisfactory solution. They let me keep the incorrect item and almost immediately sent a tracking number for the correct item that they would ship. I’ve been very happy also with the condition of my items and eliquid.
