These guys are the best, yes sure you may have an issue here than there. But when is that not expected? No one is perfect, however they strive to provide excellent pricing as well as customer service and support. A lot of the times they have no control over it anyhow, you can't fault the company for defective devices sent to them. However, you can appreciate how quickly they go about rectifying your issues to the best of their abilities. In most,if not all instances they go above and beyond to please you.
