I didn’t read that if an order is delivered to the wrong address or stolen they will not be held responsible. This is on me for not being aware of their policy but a policy that others should be aware off specifically if you are planning on making a larger purchase.
My big issue is that the only response I received was “sorry you did not receive your order”
So I’m now just eating the cost of my purchase and they don’t seem to care in the slightest
