They got my address wrong and refused to redirect my package or send a new one. They want to wait until USPS ships the package back to them and resend it. I've been going back and forth with them for over 2 weeks and all they can do is refund me and keep the package. They didn't even offer me that choice at the start. I could've been vaping, instead I'm fuming.
