Bought the doom by damn vape rta and when I received it the clamps that hold the mesh was defective. After I sent an email to customer service they immediately got back to me and informed me that the manufacturer knew about this issue and they rushed me replacement clamps. I just got the clamps yesterday which was two days quicker than expected and now my doom works perfectly. Thank you Element Vape for the great support of your customers. Definitely a customer for life now.
