I have been a loyal customer for some time and spend a great deal of money here purchasing items for myself, my husband and my mother. I recently ordered more coils (which I have done many times). I received a packing slip listing the correct coils but the coils enclosed were wrong. I contacted them and was told I needed to request a return, fill out the RMA form on my own, provide my own packaging and return the incorrect items before they would send the correct ones. They never even apologized for their mistake, only for the "inconvenience", and ignored the part of my email that said I would be taking my business elsewhere. So basically I waited over a week and eventually ran out of coils, and had to order them from somewhere else (though they were $2 less per box, so that was a win). Given the fact that their prices are significantly higher than most places, you would think they would make up for it in customer service. Unfortunately it is severely lacking. There is no telephone number to call, you can only email them, and their email responses are clearly scripted. So disappointed. I didn't want a discount or anything free, I just wanted the coils I ordered. Instead I was treated like it was my mistake and they were very concerned that I would keep the incorrect coils they sent, which I have no use for!
