I recently purchased four Joyetech products. Three of them were the exceed D19 starter kits. One of the kits came with an extremely weak battery, brand new, right out of the box. When I reached out to customer service to try and replace the weak battery, they came up with multiple reasons why they were not going to cover it. I provided information to argue those reasons with them and they came up with other reasons why they would not cover it, which again, I provided more information and they instead offered me a five dollar credit towards my next purchase. Really?! I just spent $80 + and this is how your willing to resolve my issue?! This was my first time using Element Vape and consequently, due to their own actions, it was also my last! I will not be a repeat customer of this business! So buyers, beware! If you have a problem with a product that you buy from element Vape, they will not help you to resolve the problem.
