I ordered 3 pieces of art and 2 of the frames were delivered with a damaged frame. After a refund, I ordered 2 replacement pieces and these were damaged as well. In total 4 out of 6 frames were damaged upon arrival. The company was very prompt to process a refund and apologize. I would recommend to the company to investigate a better quality frame for these expensive posters that they are selling.
