“I am disappointed with ElephantStock’s customer service. I ordered 9 of the 15x15 canvases and one of them didn’t turn out. I reached out to get it replaced and the representative Cynthia said I couldn’t order just one to replace the one that was messed up. This told me I could order a 16x16, but that’s too big. It was very upsetting, because every time I oil at the 47x47 wall hanging I see the error that cannot be fixed.”

“I’ve ordered four different canvas prints from this company over the past few months, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I even sent them a high-resolution image I wanted printed, and it turned out absolutely stunning. The quality of the prints exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail was incredible. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. Overall, my experience has been amazing and I’ll definitely be returning for more!””

“I am thrilled with my VanGogh print which I finally got hung. It's just what I was looking for. The guys who hung it for me said that it was very easy to do, unlike some other wall art from other companies. My plan now is to order a few more prints to brighten up my new cottage. Thanks ElephantStock for such a nice product which I will enjoy for many years to come.”

“The canvas has ripples on one side where it was not stretched properly. The so called walnut frame is plastic made to look like wood that is a strange color. Not impressed for the price.”

“Quality is great for the price! Loved that we were able to select a picture of our favorite anniversary location. Added some hanging brackets on back because they only gave us one and it is a pretty large picture. Packing was cery good and the art arrived in tact.”
