Lackluster customer service and late shipments. I placed 2 orders; 1 on October 2nd and the other the following day. The 2nd order arrived yesterday while the first one remains unfulfilled. 4-6 business days for processing and shipping would have been nice instead my project was delayed and negatively impacted. I have yet to receive any type of update of when I can expect delivery….it’s very disappointing.
