Thought the panel print was pretty, one of the three panels was 1/4” shorter than the other two. This order was three panel, all intended to hang the same height.
Customer service was quick to respond. After taking photos with measuring tape and proving the 1/4” difference, I was offered 2 options. Option 1: they would send another pane. Option 2: they offered a 20% discount.
