Hi, just received my new canvas, 16 days after my purchase. I am somewhat happy. However, I have two concerns: 1) Why is the fabric folded, rather than rolled up on a tube? There is a big fold mark in the center. Hope it will disappear when stretched on the frame. If not, can I use an iron to remove the fold? What temperature and precautions? 2) The canvas has less contrast and brightness than expected. Colors are not as vivid as they are on the image displayed on your portal. Yet, the large wall arts were featured as « High details, vivid print ». « Ok » overall but disappointed for a $718 CDN purchase including shipping and taxes… Regards
