Frame was not sufficient to hold the weight of the print. Print wasn’t secured in the frame at all - all tabs were still straight as if not even attempted. Frame pulled apart when hung with hardware provided.
We had to alter and rework frame to securely hang it. It would’ve taken too long to return and replace. Very disappointing for several hundred dollars. I’ve bought their canvases in the past, definitely a much different outcome and quality.
