Product came just as advertised. Packaged very good for shipping. We bought as a gift for our son's 25th birthday. He hasn't seen it yet but we know that he's going to love it. We had to contact customer support concerning a delay that was due to them being out of stock with the color of frame we wanted but they were very helpful. Would have given them 5 stars if we could have gotten our 1st choice of frame. I would definitely order from them again.
