Choosing the piece of art was the hard part...so many options. We were looking for a large canvass art piece and found your site. Selected a 72" x 48" piece to fit a large wall. Ordering was easy. After delivery I assembled the frame and mounted the canvass. I think that the written instructions and the video could be a bit more detailed. The video makes it look like you put it together in a minute. It takes longer to do it properly and get the corners to match up, etc. Our order came with four (4) mounting brackets, but the instructions only depicted two (2). So I was not sure if those were extras or what. I installed two brackets and took my time to make sure that the brackets were level on their own, and the same distance from the ceiling, since I did not have a level long enough to reach both brackets. We hung the piece of art and it was perfectly level. However, one bottom corner did not sit flat against the wall and hung out about an inch. I checked our wall and it was perfectly plumb. The piece looked bad from that side angle and I almost called your customer service for advice. Ended up using eight pieces of Gorilla Removable Mounting Putty on both bottom corners to make the frame stick to the wall. Problem solved. We like the piece and appreciate that we have 90 days to return it if we find it does not suit our style. Love that it's MADE IN TEXAS!!! Thanks, Elephant Stock.
