My rating is related specifically to the quality of the "large art" print that I ordered. Everything else about the company was great .I received ample order updates. It shipped quickly. The concept seemed good. It was easy to put together. I ordered a "large art" print 48 x 72 inches. The image quality was abysmal. It was clearly an image that had been supersized and looked nothing like the vibrant, crisp image on the website. The lines were blurry. The colors were muted. It looked cheap and made everything else in the space looked cheap when I tried to hang it (just to see if I was wrong in my initial impression). I was very excited about the order but disappointed in the product. I hope they accept the return.
