Very personalised and prompt service.
The one hiccup was that my embroidery was sent using an Official Australia Post LETTER package. As I only use parcel post, my package was about to be rejected at the post office and returned to sender. I am most fortunate that my local PO guy knows me and sense prevailed. He overrode the system and kept my "letter parcel" for my pickup.
