My overall experience with J & M Embroideries is very good. There was a hiccup with some Poplin I purchased, but I was refunded for that entire piece immediately on contacting the store and making them aware. I buy a lot of Haberdashery items and find often those purchased from overseas are not great quality, it is very hit and miss with what Imight receive. So it is great when I can find an Aussie supplier with great service and great products at very good compatible prices. Will be buying again.
