Received trainers already worn
Sent me a pair of trainers with tags missing/removed , dog hairs on the insole , scuff marks on insole , paper stuffing missing from inside , trainers left out of paper wrapping. The trainers had clearly already been worn. Only offered me to keep the already worn trainers with a small discount or to use their service again via a ten pound credit note , to probably receive used items once again. This is not the first time I have received used items from this company. There are plenty of other good ones , use them instead
