Pls do not buy from this company, worst customer service in history They will send you standard emails and will not look into you complaint I still have over 1000 pounds with them and have not received a refund for over 4 weeks and counting If you know what is good for you do not buy from the company, I assure you will regret it like me

They sneakily claim "free returns" with labels across the screens even as you browse from the Australian site, even claim free returns in the confirmation screen of your order, but they don't tell you it is actually free ONLY in the UK after you start a returns claim. Then you have to pay to return items, in my case $85 aud to send back a pair of runners that were too big (not TTS). Oh and I also paid for shipping $27 AUD, so i've paid $112 for the enjoyment of absolutely nothing. I contacted them to complain but the customer service person played dumb, directing me to returns processes and not answering my question when I specifically sent a screen shot of the "free returns" in my confirmation screen of the order.

Terrible customer service! They sent my order back before I had time to collect it so I asked them to re-ship it back to me to find out now they are just refunding me and ignoring my emails.

I was scammed by a binary option website. I lost about $253,000 to them. It was a really hard time for me because that was all i had and they tricked me into investing the money with a guarantee that i will make profit from the investment.. I was referred to RecoveryHacker101, they are recovery specialists for all types of online scams, they helped me in recovering all my lost funds I couldn’t believe at first that this was possible as i have lost all hope in contacting anyone on the internet, but i guess not everyone is bad after all. Nice clothes but horrible return policy. If you're in the US, I'd recommend looking elsewhere; they don't help you with the return process at all - you need to take care of all the forms and costs associated with it. Would easily give this a 5 star if this process was automated like other brands manage to in this day in age. Having to take care of this yourself in 2024 feels so outdated and honestly, is probably designed to be hard for a reason by END...

I ordered two pairs of shoes from END Clothing, and one pair was too big. When I tried to return them, I found out that return shipping is the customer's responsibility. I went to the post office, and the return cost was outrageous—almost half the price of the shoes! I asked END Clothing to create a return label for me, offering to pay for it, but they flat-out refused. Their customer service is terrible and unhelpful. This company doesn’t care about its customers; they only want to sell you stuff and then leave you hanging. It’s sad to see such careless behavior. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this platform. It’s a total scam!

Never buy from END. They have the worst customer service. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, i bought luxury shoes from them. THEY SHIPPED ME THE WRONG SIZE. Just happen that i bought 2 same shoes from them, 1 pair is correct and the other pair i have received is the wrong size. Requested for a return and having an email war with them. They finally said that they will do a courtesy return. What??? its your fault at the first place. Shipping company came to collect return goods and ship back. After i have recieved the exchange after that i was slapped with duties exchange that i have to pay. They just dont understand that they are at fault. Remember guys. If you item is shipped wrong, you will go through this process just like me. Think Twice buying from END. Buying from other platforms are way better. Also they will do their best to push away the problems. They will give the "best experience" (WORST) of buying goods from them.

Bought a rug at 500$, selected the premium delivery, had to pay custom fees for an amount of 200$. Nothing on the site was announcing this. Other companies include that fee in their price, or take care of it with a broker. Unnacceptable, I wouldn’t have bought the goods knowing that.

I read with trepidation the reviews after ordering a pair of Birkenstock Arizona. They were out of stock on Birkenstocks own site. But "speak as you find!" The correct shoes were delivered today in the right colour, size and fitting. After only four days, and that was with a bank holiday included. V happy with End, v happy with sandals. I need not have worried.

Avoid this company. We ordered 2 items of clothing. When we took delivery, only 1 item was in the delivery box. When we flagged this to them and asked for our money back, they took 2 weeks to conduct their own sham investigation and concluded that they are not at fault and would not be giving the money back. To top it off they say WE have to file a police report?No, you need to give our money back and YOU need to file the police report, It is your your responsibility as a company to ensure the items are delivered safely and in good order, not fob off the customers. We have to take the loss? Unbelievable, this is pure theft.

I tried to return a shipment from the EU (Netherlands). Before I returned it they advised me how to do it, and I followed their exact instructions. I was aware that shipping costs were on me, so I paid 23 euros for shipping. They never warned me that there was a chance I'd had to pay for custom charges too. The shipment is now somewhere in England and they expect to me to pay 70 pounds for custom charges before it proceeds. If they's warned me I'd never returned it. I wouldn't even bought from End

Horrible Experience. Customer service lacks urgency and efficiency. Been going back and fourth with Khey for over 2 months about an item I ordered. I ordered an item and they have sent me the complete different item. I returned and asked them to correct and send the replacement in which I was informed I would be refunded and would have to order again. They got back to me and said i was refunded to my account but nothing was popping up in my account credits. I went back and about 2-3 weeks later they said they accidentally refunded me in the wrong currency and thats why it was not popping up on my account. I Then ordered the item, and about a few days later, at the EXACT same time and date, received 2 emails. 1 saying my order was cancelled and 1 saying that it was shipped. I then went back to support after 2 months asking them what the issue is now, and they came back saying that there was only 1 left but they still didn’t send to me. Replies took forever even after going back and fourth and trying to solve this issue with someone who has been asking them constantly for 2 months on updates. Will not be shopping here again. Horrible Company and no compensation for lost time.

They're crooks. It's been more than two weeks since the order was canceled - no money back, no response to emails. This is just the worst experience ever

First time I bought item. My order has been cancelled. You can’t reach them , nobody respond to my email. No email saying, sorry your order has been cancelled we refund you the money. Very bad . Will not recommend to shop with End clothing.

I used to think the store was good. I placed an order, ordered a toy and my order was simply canceled without explanation. I won't be ordering from this store again and I wouldn't recommend it to others!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Ordered a case of Superplastic figures(12pk) , they sent one figure. When asked where the rest of the 11 figures were? It took them weeks to get a hold of someone to ask for a refund. Sent the item back. Took another few weeks to get a hold of anyone. When the tracking showed the return was delivered back to them, they refused to reimburse me back for the return telling me "can you wait another 24 to 48 hours?" Their customer service is a joke. Hope and pray your order is right the first time around or you will need to jump through hoops to get any reply back or any satisfaction with your incorrect order.

No refund in 3+ weeks, paid for a trackable service like they suggested and it was delivered and signed. Nothing since! Emailed over 10 times and have received the same automated email about returns everytime. No answer on customer service line either. Absolute joke! £300!
