Won a raffle for the first time in my life after entering 50+ raffles, conveniently the package wasn't dispatched and went "missing". The rumours of them back dooring items seems true. After speaking to customer service, their response was that they will "look into it" but will not give me any feedback, funny that right ? Instantly refunded my money and swept under the carpet, but someone from End now has my item. Very unhelpful. Secondly I have sent 2 items for refund and even though tracking shows they have received it i have not yet got anything. The customer service is probably the worst I have experienced online.
