I used to order from END consistently with no problems but their customer service and accountability has become horrendous.
They shipped a large order of clothing earlier this year to my address in the US and did NOTHING when the shipment was stolen! I had specifically asked for the shipment to require a signature but someone signed the wrong name and END did nothing to help and effectively told me to shut up and take the loss.
For a customer who had spent thousands of dollars over the years, what a way to repay loyalty!
The clothes are correct but I would not want to deal with their customer service ever again and would rather buy from any other online outlet who treat their customers with respect.
And after all this? They suspended my account instead of handling this with decency or accountability!!
