Part or my order was missing, contacted customer service on numerous occasions…. The phone number given tells you the time you will wait to be spoken to, this time comes and goes, first call said 7 mins after 20 mins the number asks you to leave a message and someone will get back to you, did this numerous times, sent emails etc via their online form, so the item missing from my order was still available on their website… customer services eventually came back and said it was a system error but instead of completing the order and sending out the missing items they refunded (I assume so they don’t have to pay postage again for the missing items) then had the cheek on the email to say that they now considered my issue resolved and closed the ticket. This is defo the End for me, I only use companies that are able to deal with customer issues and resolve them to the customers satisfaction, I have used End for years but this has showed me that if you have an issue they are un-able/unwilling to resolve it, reading other comments it seems like this isn’t a one off problem, it looks like this is another loyal customer they have lost..
