Nice clothes but horrible return policy. If you're in the US, I'd recommend looking elsewhere; they don't help you with the return process at all - you need to take care of all the forms and costs associated with it.
Would easily give this a 5 star if this process was automated like other brands manage to in this day in age. Having to take care of this yourself in 2024 feels so outdated and honestly, is probably designed to be hard for a reason by END...
