Stole £25 from my Paypal - but I didn't order anything from this website for almost 2 years!! Stole £25 from my Paypal. Sent me an email to say "your order has been confirmed", but the thing is that I didn't order anything from this website for almost 2 years!! Customer service was not responding until I left a negative review on Trustpilot website. All they say is that they cannot help. No refund, no order cancellation, nothing. It's a scam. Read the reviews on Trustpilot, half of the people say their code didn't work and Eneba refused to refund them or offer a new key. So it is obvious they must be scamming people. Shocking customer service. They said they cannot help and closed my case without me even replying to their last message! Then sent me a link to rate their "support"!!! Avoid this website at all costs. You have been warned.
