Their customer service is a nightmare—over two hours of back-and-forth, yet no real assistance. Instead of helping a loyal customer, they continue to demand more unnecessary information while protecting a seller who sold a faulty key. It’s clear Eneba prioritizes shady sellers over honest buyers. If you ever run into a problem, don’t expect them to help. I won’t be risking my money here again, and I’d advise others to think twice before purchasing.
