I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Eneba was so unacceptable that I have to warn others.
I bought a product that was faulty and unusable. Eneba refused to refund me, ignoring the EU right of withdrawal, and kept me stuck with excuses and pointless “solutions.”
This is more than bad service – it’s a violation of consumer rights. Eneba profits from defective products and refuses accountability.
I approached them in good faith, but was met with dishonesty and disrespect. Avoid Eneba and protect your money.
