Well the truck we rented started giving problems the service light came on along with other lights. I requested to exchange the truck and all I got was more ride unhelpful answers and told sorry for your luck they could not help me then when I did get someone to try and do something they had me drive this truck 60 miles to get it replaced and I was told that the place for the exchange was already notified about the situation . They were not and I was told there they were not going to help me there was no car. I was told to just drive that one and call road side assistance if I need something. Truly unbelievable I had a disabled husband and it was very hard on him thank God we made it back home no thanks to any of the representatives that work fir the company. How sad.
