Car was dirty, despite a sign hanging from the rear view mirror saying the car had been cleaned. We discovered the windscreen wiper fluid container was empty. We found this out on the motorway, when travelling at 70mph. We tried to clean the windscreen but the windscreen got dirtier and we couldn't see through it, which was very dangerous for us.
