After renting cars from National and Enterprise for over 20 years I am disgusted. I returned a car that I had for 4 days and got a receipt with no damage. 6 weeks later, got an email that apparently there was “damage”that they wanted me to pay for after or report to my insurance and I had a loss damage waiver on the rental. Even got a return email at what someone thought would be 1:43 am in the morning with a follow up email not knowing that I was on the West Coast.
