Rented a car for our trip to Myrtle Beach. I told Colin that we wouldn’t be back until after 6pm. He totally ignored me. I found this out after a call to him as I received a text message from them that the car had to be returned by 10 am on the morning of our return. I called Colin and he tried to play it off as trying to save me money. It wasn’t a save, it was a late fee.
As far as the car we rented, When we got in the vehicle, seemed nice. But as we drove off, all I heard was rattling. I just thought it was something in the back, after loading the luggage. After we got on the interstate, the rattling got worse. Come to find out, the suspension in the vehicle was shot.
When I called Colin about the text that I received, he said not to worry, he would take care of the car situation once the car was returned and would give me credit. Because they don’t check cars as they are turned back in. I didn’t get any credit! I got the late fee. I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again!!!
