I cannot say enough great things with regard to my experience renting this vehicle. The team was top notch especially Lorenzo Barajas (Hammond, IN location). For the moment I made the reservation (couldn't have been easier), to the pick-up and them my return. The car itself was excellent, clean and a newer model. I was able to return the car earlier than anticipated and they gladly refunded the days from my contract. Their customer service is 100% for the customer!
