Rented a car Jefferson hills Pa a Chevy Malibu the windshield cracked due too defect GM covers windshields due to defects for up to 12 months the car was pretty new not over 12 months I’m sure but Enterprise decided to come after there customer rather than take the car to Chevy to have it fixed witch cost me out of pocket windshield was almost $500 you could clearly see that nothing hit the windshield it was a defect on Chevy but they like to come after the customer for money because I didn’t buy there insurance I will be sure to never rent there again and I have lots of friends I will be getting the word out for sure that they don’t take care of customers
