Do not rent from Enterprise/Alamo. Rented a car in Zurich that was damaged from a previous accident. Dents on both side of the vehicle. The agent accepted the car on return without any comments. Two month later I got an advice that I caused damage to the left rear wheel and charged my credit card a whopping CHF518.32 which almost as much as the whole rental cost in the first place. The picture provided mirrored the same damage that already existed on the right rear wheel. My complaints were blown off as unsubstantiated. I’ll call those Mafia tactics to milk every customer with the same car. I frequently rent a car in Switzerland a few times a year for 10 - 14 days at a time. I’m so disgusted by this episode that I will never rent from Enterprise/Alamo again
