Reserved a vehicle 2-3 weeks prior to my trip. This was a one way trip to Galveston for a cruise.I booked through the app. Show up to get my car at the Hot Springs, Arkansas location at our 9am pick up time. They proceed to tell me they no longer do one ways. Keep in mind I have called several times days before to talk to someone and no one ever answered. Sat in hold 3 times for 30 minutes with the recording telling me my wait time was 1 minute. This is a shady way to run a business. If I didn’t know any better it was dan by our current government leadership. Very disappointing! Will never use another enterprise
