I booked premium SUV on June 7 2024 from December and I called them also before few days from day pick up to make sure they have the right size for me and they promised me the will , when the day I supposed to pick up there was no suv the size I booked and they give me small suv I end up return it because it doesn’t fit my family
It’s really bad service on Odana rd Madison wi office I was really disappointed and not happy at all with the way they handled it
