Terrible Customer Service!! I rented a vehicle and the Enterprise people were too busy to do a walk around with me. I found a lot of damage to the exterior and interior of the vehicle. I am glad I had the sense to video and take pictures of the damage before I drove off their lot. The reps were too busy to help me and their assessment of the vehicle’s condition prior to rental does not match what I picked up!! Be very careful they will put you in a vehicle and possibly blame you for preexisting damage!!
I needed a rental due to tornado damage to mine and initially Enterprise put me in one that I had to pay $10 a day ABOVE insurance’s $40 a day rate. Then when I asked for a vehicle that fell within the insurance rate I was told to come back on Friday (4 days later) to exchange for a less expensive vehicle. I arrived to my appointment on Friday to be given a vehicle with lots of damage and only a half a tank of gas and a $2.88 out of pocket charge, no employee walk around before being handed the keys and told I’m free to go. My WHOLE reason for the appointment and switch out was to save the additional out of pocket cost.
