I was sent to Enterprise by another insurance company after being rear ended. We had a mini vacation planned for my family of 6 which all fit in the car I normally drive. At Enterprise I was told the insurance only approved a smaller vehicle that would not seat 6. It was not at all comparable to the Denali I was driving.I felt that nothing that week was going my way and just kept getting worse. After explaining this and the situation to Matt located at the branch on Southwestern blvd location he was just amazing! He completely understood my frustration and sympathized. He quickly started searching for a vehicle that could seat my family of 6 and was comparable. I thought there would be an additional charge and I would have to fight with the insurance company but he took care of EVERYTHING! Even with these issues he found me another vehicle in about 10 minutes and had me on my way in another 10 minutes. When my boyfriend and I dropped the vehicle off even though he was with another customer. He politely excused himself just to come over and ask how everything went, if my car was repaired properly, how I liked driving the Nissan Pathfinder, if the cleanliness etc etc was all up to par. Which it all definitely was. He then gave us his card incase we ever need anything in the future. Not only do we suggest this branch but we specifically suggest speaking with Matt if you have the chance. He will make sure everything is as smooth as possible and seems to be more than happy to help his customers also. It’s hard to find good employees and he definitely is one.
