Horrible experience Enterprise located in Valencia, Tucson Arizona. The car that we reserved was not available when we came. The staff told us the car we want was not available even they called a day prior picking up the car to confirm it. Staff not friendly and sucks management. Please replace all the staff who works that location. No communication at all. They let the customer waited for so long.
