Employees were helpful at the Algonquin location but steered us towards a car that was too small. I needed a car for four adults ( 2 elderly) and four carry on bags . He said it would work. I was skeptical but took it home in Algonquin.We could only fit 3 bags. Immediately we brought it back. They offered other vehicles like the Yukon but too high for elderly to climb in and out of all weekend. We decided to cancel the rental. They charged us for the days rental
