The CSR at the Middletown, OH office locked up my daughters credit card because the amount the reservation line gave her didn’t include a 300.00 deposit and the CSR didn’t give her the total amount before swiping the card and never apologized. When I commented how bad the customer service was, the CSR and the manger both started started yelling at us and said the refused to rent us a car and the manager came around the counter toward us like she was going to get physical and scream at us to leave the store or she was calling the police. Worst company ever!! Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone!! I want to call corporate but I think it would just be a waste of time. Enterprise obviously doesn’t care how bad they treat customers or how much business they lose.
