I booked a car with Enterprise Rental in Okc at the Memorial location. The booking was made online I received 2 confirmations and even called to verify the the local site had a car. I was assured and confirmed my confirmation would reserve my car.
Well for the second time they did not have a car!!!!! They were over booked and called some unknown number that I didn’t even recognize. I’m going to let my insurance company USAA know about this horrible experience and poor service!
