I had a reservation that I confirmed a week out for 7 person vehicle that I was supposed to pick up at 9am on Friday July 5th. When I drove all the way there to pick it up they didn’t have vehicle nor anything comparable. The guy there offered nothing other than to tell me it happens. I got no phone call or anything. Worst example of customer service I have ever seen. I then called the corporate and got nothing offered either. A trip was ruined and they could have cared less. I will never use again and tell everyone I can to never use.
