They don't answer the phone. They allow you to book and pay for vehicles online which are not available - you'll be lucky if there's anything available when you arrive. They don't refund amounts due back to you.
They claimed vehicle was damaged 2 weeks after returning, checking and agreeing there was no damage which there categorically wasn't and try to take £150 from my card.
Horrendous company!
