I had a reservation for Saturday at noon and I even received a voicemail confirming my reservation for noon. I arrived at noon and nobody was there they were closed. Nobody informed me that they were closing at noon. I called the customer service and they said they would call me back with a resolution. They never called back so after a few hours I called again and they told me to go to the airport so I drove all the way there. They were no cars available there so they said I was out of luck. I went next-door to budget rent a car and they were great and had a great customer service. Do not make my mistake and use enterprise because they are terrible and have terrible customer service
