Terrible, terrible service! Went I went to pick up my rental car, I was treated disrespectfully, and was made to wait almost TWO HOURS for the car, despite the request having been called in DAYS before! And although I was told at that time, and again when I returned the car, that there would be NO out-of-pocket cost to me, because the entire cost of the rental was being paid by State Farm Insurance (as a result of a claim which had been processed and approved), and although I was clearly told that my credit card number was being requested by them ONLY for identification purposes, Enterprise subsequently charged $19.54 to my American Express Card, for a fraudulent charge which I suspect they have also charged to State Farm Insurance! (I have already disputed that charge with American Express.) I strongly urge anyone needing to rent a car to avoid Enterprise!!!
