Nicole Green and Peyton Vilardi were the customer service agents that helped me with my car rental yesterday at the West Palm Beach location on Congress Avenue. Both of them went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Although they were very busy, they remained very friendly and courteous with customers. I was extremely impressed with their exceptional customer service skills! Jude Phizema, the manager at this location is beyond amazing and genuinely concerned with the customers’ satisfaction. I have seen Jude at other Enterprise locations and he is always very personable, patient and professional. Enterprise is very fortunate to have Jude, Nicole, and Peyton on their team!!!
