"Yes I'm talking about Enterprise car- rental" I had a horrible experience using their services, as for the customer service well there just as bad or probably worse. No sense of customer care at all Took over a month to resolve an issue of their own doing but still had the audacity to take money out of my card credit unbelievable. Give me a van with an outstanding charger from a previous driver then charge me the admin fees, then forwarded my personal detail to the third party company to come after me for the outstanding penalty chargers. Seriously "You cannot make this up" unbelievable. Then radio silence for weeks on end, in the event you manage to get hold of someone at Enterprise car - rental customer services, then it's pass the parcel time. Because the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Then as paying customers we're meant to believe this is the best car rental company in the UK. Wow shocking I would advise anyone using Enterprise car rent service should exercise quotation and be very careful. don't let the glits ad fool you. Shout out to my bank HSBC BANK for helping me get my money back from this scammers . Enterprise car- rental just in case your company/organisation develops some amnesia a quick reminder.
