Enterprise on Bechtle Ave Springfield OH is THE worst branch I have ever dealt with. I have been an Enterprise Plus member for years. Springfield OH employees are rude, harassed me, then pit me on a do not rent/risk list all because they were confused as to where the car was even after repeatedly telling them. They refused to call the Enterprise in Lawerenceburg IN to verify vehicle was there which was on the contract to return to Lawerenceburg. The rental car my husband was renting through his work made arrangements for his car which we rented from same place and same day. There was a mixup and misunderstanding yet they refuse to make it right. Worst customer service ever!!!
