Rude, rude, rude!! 11AUG2024 @ around 4pm I went to Enterprise at Norfork International Airport I dropped it off at another location that was closed today. So I went to the only one that was open and without even trying this gentleman say oh I can’t do anything for you so I said are you sure, he’s like NO! I called customer service and she was like yes I can talk them through it. She suggested that I talk to the other customer service agent and before I could tell her what was going on. The gentleman just was talking over me so she didn’t listen to anything I had to say she just said if my coworker said something then that’s what goes , so the customer service lady still on the phone said hey all you have to do is punch a button and you can see the reservation, the point is they missed a teachable moment. The young lady said oh I don’t work for her and was just totally dismissive of me. The young lady was very nasty then said “have a nice day” very rude so yes, I took a picture of them and here they go Norfolk International Airport Norfolk, Virginia and the Young gentleman said oh next time I’ll smile I’ll never rent another car from enterprise ever
